1. General

Subject to stock availability. We strive to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but from time to time, there may be a stock discrepancy, and we may not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In such cases, we will fulfill the available products to you and contact you to discuss whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or process a refund.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping costs to the customer.

3. Returns

3.1 Return Policy for Change of Mind

We understand that you may occasionally change your mind about a purchase. To ensure a safe and fair return process, please adhere to the following strict guidelines:

  • Timeframe: Returns due to a change of mind are accepted within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. You may choose any shipping service; express shipping is not required.

  • Tracking Requirement: A valid tracking number must be provided to us via email (info@a2zev.com) to ensure we can monitor the return shipment.

  • Condition of Goods:

    • Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging, including all tags, manuals, and accessories.

    • Products must be completely unused, in the same condition as when received, and free from any damage, wear, or mishandling.

    • Adapters: We have methods to detect if an adapter has been used to charge. Any evidence of use, mishandling, or damage (e.g., drops, scratches, or tampering) will result in the return being denied or subject to a restocking fee.

  • Safety Note: Used, dropped, or mishandled adapters pose a safety risk to others. As a protective measure, we do not resell used adapters.

  • Inspection Process: All returned items will undergo a thorough inspection and testing upon receipt to verify their condition.

  • Refund Process:

    • If the inspection confirms the items meet our strict return conditions, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

    • If the inspection reveals damaged packaging, missing items, or signs of use, we reserve the right to apply a restocking fee (up to 25% of the item’s value) or reject the return entirely.

3.2 Warranty Returns

A2Z Canada Inc. will honor valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 365 days of receipt of items. Customers are required to pre-pay the return shipping, but we will reimburse you upon a successful warranty claim. Upon receipt of items for a warranty claim, A2Z Canada Inc. will process the claim within 7 business days. Once the warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive a replacement item (if stock is available).

4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Transit Time Domestically

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2-7 days.

4.2 Transit Time Internationally

Orders shipped internationally are generally in transit for 4-22 days. This varies depending on the courier selected. We can provide a more specific estimate when you choose your courier at checkout.

4.3 Dispatch Time

Dispatch times are mentioned in the checkout/payment page and vary based on each product. Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays, when the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to minimize shipment delays.

4.4 Change of Delivery Address

We can change the delivery address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

4.5 P.O. Box Shipping

A2Z Canada Inc. will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer courier services to these locations.

4.6 Military Address Shipping

We can ship to military addresses using USPS. We are unable to offer this service using courier services.

4.7 Items Out of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will wait for the item to be available before dispatching your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved while we await this item.

4.8 Delivery Time Exceeded

If the delivery time exceeds the forecasted time, please contact us at info@a2zev.com so we can conduct an investigation.

5. Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates provided by the shipping provider.

6. Parcels Damaged in Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and contact our customer service at info@a2zev.com. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service for next steps.

7. Duties & Taxes

7.1 Sales Tax

Sales tax is not included in the price of the goods as displayed on the website.

7.2 Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be payable upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and A2Z Canada Inc. encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival, the goods will be returned to A2Z Canada Inc. at the customer’s expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of the goods paid, minus the cost of return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

8. Cancellations

If you change your mind before receiving your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our return policy. We cannot cancel orders while in transit, you will have to wait until the order arrives to you and request a return.

9. Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value stated by the courier.
